Sales totaled $6.9m at Keith McCormick’s November 20–22 auction in Palm Springs, CA. Of 535 consignments offered, 372 went to new owners, for a 70% sell-through rate. The star of the auction, a 1959 Cadillac Series 62 convertible in pristine condition, took high-sale honors at $136,500. Other big-money American sales included a 1958 Corvette convertible at $90,300 and a 1957 Bel Air convertible at $75,600.
