1927 Ford Named America’s Most Beautiful Roadster

I just returned from the 63rd Annual Grand National Roadster Show in Pomona, CA—perhaps the most important hot rod event of the year.  The title of America’s Most Beautiful Roadster went to a flawless 1927 Ford owned by Bill Indig and built by the veteran crew at So-Cal Speed Shop in Pomona. Dave Lane from Fast Lane Rod Shop was crowned Builder of the Year.

Seven buildings showcased hundreds of cars, along with an outdoor cruise-in over the weekend. Eighty ’32 Fords filled one building, commemorating the 80th anniversary of the venerable deuce. Here are some photos I took throughout the week.
