McCormick’s Palm Springs 68th auction took place February 21, 22 and 23. A total of 501 cars crossed the block over the three-day event, and of those, 287 found new homes for a sales total of $4,616,000.
Attendance was at an all time high in the standing room only auction tents at the Palm Springs Convention Center in downtown Palm Springs, CA.
Notable sales included a 1965 Porsche 356 Cabriolet that changed hands for $198,750, as well as a highly restored 1949 REO Speedwagon that hammered sold for $36,835. Additionally, a 1937 Packard 115C Roadster found a new home for $54,060.
McCormick’s next Palm Springs Event is scheduled for November 20, 21 and 22.
