Concours Car Selection Chair, Brian Joseph announced the debut class, Pioneer Cars pre-1900. The cars invited to show in this class will have been manufactured before 1900. Mecum ended the 2011 auction season on a high note, with record sales, consignments and attendance for their Kansas City Auction, Dec. 1-3, 2011, at the Kansas City Convention Center/Bartle Hall in Kansas City, Mo.

The Leake Collector Car Show & Auction, home-based in Tulsa, OK, wrapped up a record-setting sale, reaching $6.7 million in sales and selling 58 percent of the cars.
