User acknowledges that American Car Collector magazine contains confidential and proprietary data, and that Sports Car Market magazine owns all rights and data therein. User may use the data in ACC, ACC Premium, and its Price Guides solely for its own internal purposes. Unless expressly authorized in writing by ACC, user shall not a) copy, in any way, part or all of ACC, b) create any derivative work, including vehicle valuation guides, from all or part of ACC and the data therein, c) make the information in ACC part of any electronic data retrieval system. Purchase demonstrates that the terms and condition as stated above are acceptable to user.
